- How did you first hear about CREW Portland?
- Many years ago while searching online for opportunities to get connected in the CRE market.
- What motivated you to join CREW Portland?
- I was inspired by the environment that CREW promotes to grow both professionally and personally. With so many accomplished women having a mentorship mentality CREW felt like a good fit for me. I have always had the mindset of "The people we choose to surround ourselves with impacts the way we think, act and feel on a day-to-day basis" Being a part of this amazing group of women has been a lifeline for me through these unprecedented times.

- How did you first hear about CREW Portland?
- Have known about it for years, always enjoyed CREW's programming, and embarrassingly feel out of membership due to time constraints of having young kids.
- What motivated you to join CREW Portland?
- Meet Inspiring People, Be a Voice for Women in Commercial Real Estate, The biggest reason that I have joined at this time is that I can't think of a better platform from which to educate ourselves about white privilege, white supremacy, and anti-racism work. Being a group of mostly white women in a male-dominated industry, we are in a unique position to see and articulate the impact of white privilege, and build a model for our industry that can educate, and work towards change.

- How did you first hear about CREW Portland?
- My current boss and name sake of the company I work for thought CREW would be a great way for me to make connections in the Portland real estate community. After going with her to a couple of meetings, I ended up taking over her membership and haven't looked back since!

I know everyone says this about CREW Portland, but they really make networking easy. I consider myself an introvert and sometimes have a hard time making connections at networking events. Everyone at CREW, from members to leadership, really take the time and talk to you and get to know you. People really want you to reach out and ask for help.
