How did you first hear about CREW Portland?

I have been aware of CREW Portland for many years. I was first introduced to CREW while working with Perlo Construction many years ago. While I worked at the Multnomah Athletic Club in HR, I was reintroduced to CREW through their many events hosted at the Club. As I entered back into CRE with Pahlisch, I have been encouraging our group to join to gain professional connections and share what Pahlisch Commercial is doing across the PNW.

What motivated you to join CREW Portland?

I have heard nothing but great things about CREW Portland. I personally hope to use this opportunity for networking, business development and volunteering. I have encouraged others across our team to join to help advance themselves in CRE and help play a part in our business development.

How did you get here?

I started out with Pahlisch Commercial as their HR Manager. They were a growing company that needed immediate help with recruiting needs while building the culture and our standard policies and procedures. My first year with the company we more than doubled in size. With the continued growth through 2023, the needs of our everyday operations required attention. I was able to create and move into the Director of People Operations to build out a People Operations team that executes a robust business strategy that has a focus on foundational business operations and its cross functional integration to allow for the best Pahlisch experience. Our team efforts focus on integrating IT Systems, Marketing, Safety, Scheduling Human Resources while putting PCI Standard Operating Procedures in place to ensure we are cross functionally integrated at all levels. Our team focuses on business excellence. We prioritize retention efforts to ensure alignment across departments, provide resources for professional and leadership development, all while promoting a rewarding experience for all.

Tell us something we didn't know about you?

I have been a Varsity Softball Head Coach for 13 seasons. Of the last 7, I have coached at Southridge High School.

If you could describe yourself in three words what would they be?

Dedicated, Driven, Passionate

Favorite Travel Destination?

Croatia - I am headed there this fall. It is where my grandma and grandpa grew up and I am excited to go visit distant family and see where my grandma called home.

What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?

Building long lasting connections that engage others to what Pahlisch Commercial is bringing to market.
