How did you first hear about CREW Portland?

My boss at a women-driven development company, Rembold, encouraged me to join CREW to expand my knowledge of Portland, development, and make connections with other women in the real estate development field.

How did you get here?

Luck. Previously to working at Rembold, I worked as a coordinator in the medical field in Washington DC and studied History/Political Science in college. Real Estate was no where on my radar. When I moved to Portland 4 years ago, I was offered a position as the Operations Manager at Rembold, which was perfect for the analytical and administrative skills I had developed thus far in my career. Growing into my current Asset Manager position was a natural fit for my skills and growing knowledge of the real estate industry.

Tell us something we didn't know about you?

I moved from DC to PDX in three days! And even had time to hike in three national parks along the way. I've jumped off a cliff at the most southern part of the US. I lived in Maine for a summer. I spin 4x a week and play in a dodgeball league.

What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?

To learn more about the real estate industry and empower women through opportunities and relationship building.
