How did you get here?
Started college at Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan for Interior Design. After getting my Bachelor's in Interior Design. I worked for large architectural design firms in New York and found myself loving talking to companies, learning about their organizations, and programming and designing their future workspace. I found myself enjoying the front end of projects and not the detailed back end of projects. After awhile I was spending time in the firms marketing department and got intrigued. The Marketing Director became a great mentor. At the same time I had a mentor who was a business development person for a large furniture manufacturer. Before long, I moved from architectural design firms as an Interior Designer to Business Development. In addition, in my field development creates business but I did not like the environmental issues it caused. When I discovered DIRTT the light bulb went off. We can build differently to be sustainable..”
