How did you first hear about CREW Portland?: A colleague told me about CREW and thought I'd have interest -- she was right!
What motivated you to join CREW Portland?: Networking, Business Development, Volunteer, Be a voice for women in Commercial Real Estate
How did you get here?: My commercial real estate industry experience truly began 12 years ago as an owner in an industrial park in Salem, Oregon where my family owns, operates and manages 110,000 SF of industrial warehousing. After a few years in Seattle, I moved back to Salem, Oregon and worked in a marketing capacity at Hancock Real Estate, shortly became a Broker and in 2020 became a Principal Broker. I recently completed the MIT School of Architecture and Planning's Real Estate Development course and would highly recommend it for anyone pursuing education in commercial real estate development.
Tell us something we didn't know about you?: It's a true family business around here: box of kids toys in the office, my husband is my colleague and my dad is my boss.

Favorite Travel Destination?: Maui, Hawaii
What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?: I look forward to collaborating with other women & deepen relationships for the long term in this industry.
