How did you first hear about CREW Portland?

My business partner, Steve Straus. He said that CREW was the best run organization in Portland.

What motivated you to join CREW Portland?

I was really looking for a philanthropic focus but saw the value in having more insight to the CRE industry at large. I was able to get behind the organizations mission to transform the CRE industry by increasing diversity and promoting the success of women in the CRE industry.

How did you get here?

I've been with Glumac for 14 years. I joined Glumac as I saw opportunity to influence to influence positive change. Over the years as we continue to evolve, I have found opportunities to contribute in new ways.

Tell us something we didn't know about you?

I don't like status quo. I like to be in an environment of continual learning and have the opportunity to try new things. I like to push my personal comfort limits and have gone as far as jumping out of a plane and cage diving with great whites!

If you could describe yourself in three words what would they be?

Strategic, Relator, Authentic

Favorite Travel Destination?

Somewhere new. I live to travel and thrive off of experiencing new countries, states or event just a new city.

What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?

I would like to celebrate the success of our members on a regular basis. I want successful women to be seen as the norm and not a one-off. I want to be able to walk in a room full of executives and not stand out or have people wonder why I am there. I want it to be obvious that I am there because I deserve to be there and have something to contribute.
