How did you get here?
I got a job in Washington, DC working as a researcher with the CoStar Group in 2015. A year later, a series of unfortunate events led me to a decision to move across the country in pursuit of greener pastures. I was hired by Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services (CIVAS) as an appraiser trainee, and achieved my certified general appraisal license in 2019. Due to a decreased demand for appraisals from COVID-19, I was furloughed from Colliers in May 2020. Newmark hired me in August 2020 as the transaction manager for their multifamily team, and I've been here ever since!
