How did you first hear about CREW Portland?
What motivated you to join CREW Portland?: Networking, Business Development, Be a voice for women in Commercial Real Estate. Also, I was a presenter on a panel for a CREW event and saw a lot of new faces and thought it would be a great opportunity to connect and learn from women who I haven't had a chance to do so with before.
How did you get here?: How much time to do you have :-). I started at the Port in October 2000 as an Administrative Coordinator and have either competed for and gotten a new/different position or have been promoted over 10 times in the last 19 years. My previous positions include ones in our HR division, public affairs--community outreach, Industrial development, and now I'm in the commercial group as the director of business development and properties.
Tell us something we didn't know about you?: I'm an avid college football fan--well mainly the University of Georgia. Gooooo Dawgs!

Favorite Travel Destination?: Beach
What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?: Learn from each other. Currently, interested in how others are influencing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in their organizations.
