CREW is Truly Advancing Women in Real Estate

CREW Portland’s mission is to elevate all women in the commercial real estate industry through education, outreach, and building business connections. Our organization is realizing this mission locally and globally.

Locally, CREW Portland recently awarded a $2,500 scholarship to Portland State University Masters in Real Estate and Development (MRED) student Linda Eidemiller. She is a Portland native and single mother supporting a young adult living at home. She recently became a graduate student in PSU’s MRED program after becoming displaced from her previous career path as a facility manager at a software startup company that went through prolonged office closures thanks to covid. We are thrilled to support Linda and help her advance her career goals in commercial real estate.

Nationally, our organization contributes to the global CREW Network Foundation program that is awarding a $5,000 scholarship to 30 women across the US and Canada. Former CREW Portland President (2016), Elissa Looney, served on the selection committee that reviewed over 160 applications. The winners will be announced at the Chicago CREW Convention in September. These women always prove to be inspiring and convey that our industry is in good hands.
