(Portland, Ore. – Dec. 10, 2025) – Portland stands at a pivotal moment for commercial real estate investment. The upcoming 31st CREW Portland Forecast Breakfast will equip executives with insights, strategies, and bold leadership to elevate Portland as a top destination for developers, investors, businesses and residents. The event is offered by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Portland. Registration is now open for the Friday, Jan. 16, 2026 Forecast Breakfast event, with doors opening at 8:15 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Portland, near the Oregon Convention Center.

Keynote speaker Bret Swango, CFA, Head of Location Intelligence and Workforce Analytics for Colliers, will address how evolving economic, technological, and political dynamics shape the value and relative attractiveness of metropolitan areas nationwide.

Following the keynote, the panel discussion with Angela Wilhelms of Oregon Business & Industry, Madeline Miller of ECOnorthwest, and Steve Wells of Trammell Crow Company and moderated by Suzanne Stevens, Editor-in-Chief at Portland Business Journal, will focus on actionable ways to bolster Portland’s investment climate.
