Industry Impact Award winner for 2025
CREW Portland is pleased to announce the Industry Impact Award winner for 2025 | Trish Nixon, LRS Architects
The announcement was made at the 31st Annual CREW Forecast Breakfast on January 16th at the Hyatt Regency Portland. The award recognizes a CREW member who goes above and beyond with CREW engagement to promote leadership among women, and changes the demographics of the CRE industry. Trish has been involved in several committees and board positions over the years and was the chapter President in 2017. During the last few years, Trish has been one of the mentors for Future Leaders, and a liaison for the Program’s committee. Imparting her knowledge of architecture, business prowess, and passion for cultivating the next generation of industry leaders. In the spirit of the CREW mission, to empower Women in commercial real estate, Trish has consistently advocated for those coming up behind her by helping recraft processes and programs to help members reach their fullest potential.
Over her almost 30 years with LRS, Trish led several different market sectors at the firm. In 2019 she became President of LRS, the first woman president for the firm. Throughout the years, Nixon has also been an active member of the community, serving on numerous committees for Clackamas County, including eight years on the Design Review Committee, four of those as chairperson. She has also spearheaded several internal initiatives for the firm, including the newly formed social responsibility committee, which focuses on advancing equity in the A/E/C industry, leading to measurable improvements in community engagement and diversity initiatives.
