How did you first hear about CREW Portland?: It's hard to remember how I FIRST heard about CREW! So many people I admire have been telling me to join for years. It's such a well known association and I'm excited to be a new member.
What motivated you to join CREW Portland?: Networking, Business Development, Be a voice for women in Commercial Real Estate
How did you get here?: Someone took a chance on me when I was fresh out of school and taught me everything they could about commercial real estate. I consistently looked for opportunities to advance my career and was not afraid to change companies in order to gain the experience I needed to get where I wanted to be. But I owe it all to that first company that took a risk and hired me and I am committed to paying that forward to other self-motivated women.
Tell us something we didn't know about you?: Spreadsheets come easy to me but balance is important so, in order to exercise the creative side of my brain, I run a gardening and food blog.

What is one goal you would like to achieve through CREW?: I would like to share my experience with others who can learn from my mistakes and help advance someone else's journey.
