How did you first hear about CREW Portland?: Prior to relocating to Portland/Vancouver, I was an active member of AZCREW in Phoenix, AZ.
What motivated you to join CREW Portland?: Networking, business development, meet inspiring people, be a voice for women in Commercial Real Estate.
How did you get here?: We packed up the car in October and took a 2-day road trip up from Phoenix. Kidding aside, I decided to venture back into private practice after having spent the better part of 13 years as in-house counsel for two real estate investment trusts and a developer all within the commercial real estate space. The opportunity to join Schwabe and take over the practice of a retiring partner in Vancouver coincided perfectly with the need for my husband to be closer to the family business (owning and operating lumber companies throughout the PNW).
