Our CREW Member Angie Cole was Honored as a Phenom by the DJC

December 18, 2018

Our CREW Member Angie Cole was honored as a Phenom by the DJC at their Phenoms & Icons Awards on Thursday, December 13th.

Angie Cole is the Director of Marketing for Lorentz Bruun Construction.  If you know anything about becoming a marketer in the building industries, you know that you’re going to wear a lot of hats. A day in the life could consist of getting a project proposal out by deadline, taking an urgent call from a reporter, fixing a bug on the website, and constant communications with clients to ensure clear communication.  While that variety can be a daunting task to most, it’s what attracted Angie to the profession. A Biology major in college, Angie started her career working on change management for a multifamily developer in the Boston Area. But a cross county move offered her a chance to reset and she dove head first into AEC marketing. Most recently, she ended up in the newly created director of marketing role at Lorentz Bruun, which gave her the chance to make an impact from day one. Since that time, she’s helped define the company’s brand, launched a new website, build a social media presence, and hosted a killer holiday party at the Moda Center Speakeasy the other night.  She’s done all this while being involved in pretty much every industry group around town, including SMPS, the Ace Mentor Program, the Urban Land Institute and CREW. Congratulations, Angie. http://djcoregon.com/news/2018/12/14/2018-phenoms-icons/
