Join us for a lively interview with the City of Vancouver’s Economic Development Manager, Teresa Brum, CREDC’s President, Jennifer Baker, and Colliers International’s Vice President Brokerage, Tamara Fuller.
The panelists will tell us about the latest developments happening in:

- The Heights District Plan, located east of the I-5 corridor

Brought to you via live stream from Hurley Development and Talent Construction’s new corporate offices in the Hurley Building, which is located in Vancouver. The presentation and virtual tour will be moderated by the project’s interior designer, Amy Noe, CREW Portland member. The Hurley Building is a five-story, Class A Commercial Condominium. The project was developed by Hurley Development, designed by LSW Architects and constructed by Talent Construction.

Senior Vice President at Capacity Commercial
Tamara specializes in the office market of Vancouver/Clark County. She has had a hand in leasing more than 2.1 million sf of office space and selling approximately $44.5 million in total value of real estate. Her focus is leasing and sales of Class A and B office and medical properties.
She has attained the General Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and the Certified Green Broker designation.
Prior to joining Capacity Commercial, Tamara was Vice President at Colliers International, a broker at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson for 16 years and was a Sales Associate for Pennbrook Properties in Central Oregon. Tamara has continually been recognized as a top producer in Clark County by CoStar and was a Top Producer with Norris Beggs and Simpson from 2007-2015.
Economic Development Manager for the City of Vancouver
Teresa manages a staff of 20 with oversight over economic development, planning, housing and parking. She is the lead on many of the city’s economic development projects and strategies. She represents the city on several boards and commissions, including Greater Portland Inc.’s Business Development Group and the Clark County Tech Consortium.
Teresa’s prior work includes 23 years of municipal experience, serving in multiple capacities including integrating economic development and city-wide objectives, department management, assisting businesses with development incentives, and executing programming. She has also served as a private consultant to local governments and has lectured on urban planning as an adjunct professor at Eastern Washington University. She holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Public Administration.
President of CREDC
Jennifer leads the development and execution of the organization’s business recruitment and retention strategy. Jennifer has been an active contributor to the Pacific Northwest community for over 12 years and serves on a number of professional and non-profit organization boards.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and modern languages from Pacific University and a master’s degree in international policy studies from Monterey Institute of International Studies.
Project Manager for Hurley Development
Amy will provide background on Hurley Development’s new office condominium building designed to be an inspiring, captivating place of work and leisure. Located near the interstate bridge, this five-story Class A complex offers views of the nearby waterfront development, downtown Vancouver, and Mount Hood, giving users a perspective of the region’s vibrancy and beauty. Each of the building’s five commercial office levels have roughly 7,000 square feet, and is served by two egress stairs, an elevator and an exterior balcony. The bottom floor is reserved for parking.
Amy has 25 years of experience designing projects recognized nationally and locally by the AIA and IIDA. She has spent the last three years developing and growing the LSW Interior Studio within LSW Architects in Vancouver. Prior to working with LSW, she developed an award-winning portfolio of projects as an Associate with Mahlum Architects Seattle and Portland offices.
She is honored to have worked with Hurley Development and Talents Construction to design a space that reflects both companies’ passion to “Bring Life” to everything they develop and build.
Currently Amy is pursuing the development of her own interior design studio focusing work on the Vancouver, SW Washington and Portland area.
This event will be lived streamed with speakers adhering to social distancing requirements per the State of Washington and CDC guidelines, maintaining a 6-foot clearance between each person.
