The Power of Networking: Member to Member Business
To continue to provide value to our members and showcase the type of activity we do with one another, we have expanded the definition of networking to include not just revenue generating transactions but also referrals to and between CREW members that may or may not result in revenue.
We have revised The Power of Networking: Member to Member Business form. The form is available in several ways: a form you can fill out below and send to us, or a copy is on the table to fill out at the luncheon.
We want to celebrate all submissions and will post a short summary of all submissions on our website and other CREW social media. Therefore we are asking for more detail about the transaction/referral so the marketing committee can write the announcements based on the info you provide on the form. Sometimes we will also provide them to other publications like the Business Journal. There is a box where you can opt out of your transaction being publicized.
All transactions/referrals submitted throughout the year will count towards our annual Networking Award in December that goes to the CREW member who has done the most activity with other CREW members.
We really want to encourage all members to think first of CREW members for doing business with or referring business to. We want to highlight this business as it will increase the awareness for you and your firm.
The board is revising the process and criteria for Transaction of the Year and CREW Member of the Year and that information will be provided in the next couple of months.
If you have engaged in a business transaction with or made a referral to a CREW Portland member we want to recognize you. Please complete this form, submit it for CREW’s monthly cash drawing and be showcased in CREW’s newsletter! All submissions will count toward our chapter’s annual Networking Award.
