About the SpeakerS:
Lisa A. LaManna - As a founding member of Pate LaManna Commercial in Portland, Oregon & Bellevue, Washington.  Pate LaManna Commercial is a small boutique brokerage, development and investment firm.  Ms. LaManna was previously employed by CB Richard Ellis Investment Properties- Oregon from 2007 until 2011 specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail and industrial assets.  She has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Ms. LaManna has closed over $815 million in institutional and private client investment sales. She joined CBRE from Colliers International in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Before joining Colliers International, Ms. LaManna specialized in the valuation of institutional quality assets for Cushman & Wakefield in California, where her combined valuations exceeded 3 billion SF of commercial properties. 
Jackie A Safko, Assistant Vice President Branch Manager, Albina Community Bank
Graduated from the U of O with a degree in Psychology. Went into Retail Management and Buying with Lipmann’s in Portland, Diamonds in Arizona and Meier & Frank in Portland. Started in Banking in 1998 with KeyBank in several positions, Associate, Personal Banker, Relationship Manager and Branch Manager. Left KeyBank and came to Albina Community Bank in 2008 as Senior Personal Banker and then Branch Manager.
Paul Watts, CEO/Founder, Graffiti Removal Services (GRS) started GRS on a part-time basis in 2000 while working as a facility maintenance painter for the working for the City of Sacramento. After he started his own business, Paul became a local and national speaker on the effects of graffiti in local communities and how a non-damaging and environmentally friendly way of removing graffiti was safer for buildings and better for property owners.
Paul’s contracting experience and his ability to work with cities, municipalities, property owners and developers led him to train other cities and contractors on proper removal techniques and methods. Paul has returned to his Oregon roots and now lives in Portland. Graffiti Removal Services is the premier graffiti removal company recommended by the City of Portland and ONI. 

Katrina Hammel, Senior Property Manager, Unico Properties, LLC. Born and raised in Portland. Graduated from PSU with a degree in Speech Communication. Started in the industry in 1996 and was at Spieker Properties for 11 years through transitions to Equity Office, Blackstone and Shorenstein Realty Services, managing industrial, retail, office, high-rise and flex properties.  Have since worked at CBRE managing a large industrial portfolio and at PMB managing medical office buildings in Vancouver and Hillsboro.  Currently at Unico Properties overseeing the management of the Portland portfolio of office, high-rise, historic and multi-use properties.

Parking is available in the U.S. Bancorp Tower Parking Garage. Parking will be validated by Unico Property Management.
