Tapping into Retail Secrets of the Central Eastside Industrial District
The evolution of real estate can be greatly affected by our food and drink choices.  Come join us for wine and complimentary hors d'oeuvres at the brand-new Coopers Hall – urban winery and restaurant, to find out how our choices are changing the Central Eastside Industrial neighborhood.
While we sip wine and tour the unique 8,000 square-foot winemaking and restaurant space, co-founders, Robert Sacks and Dave Schrott, will walk us through site selection, zoning, and development of the building. General Manager, Joel Gunderson, and winemaker, Phil Kramer, will also share insight about art and opportunity in wine making as a négociant.
Don't miss out on being one of the very first to experience one of the most extensive on-tap wine programs in the country!

  •   Complimentary hor d'oeuvres
  •   Two Wine Vouchers per Entry, valued at $5.00 each (Good toward wine of your choice)
  •   Coopers Hall features more than 40 different wines on-tap, ranging from $5.00 - $20.00/glass
  •   Limited parking – carpool if possible
  •   Bring a sweater if you run cold (wine must be stored at a cool temperature)
Robert Sacks, an attorney, and Dave Schrott, his development partner, are co-founders and developers of Coopers Hall.  They are also the developers behind SW Stark Street's American Apparel, Ace Hotel, Kenny & Zuke's, Clyde Common, and Stumptown Coffee, along with several other development projects.

Joel Gunderson is sommelier for many of the ChefStable restaurants, the general manger and sommelier of St Jack, and a partner of Coopers Hall.

Phil Kramer, who is co-owner, winemaker, and vineyard manager for Molalla's Alexeli Vineyards, has set up an urban satellite winery of Alexeli in Coopers Hall.
